Auctus was inspired by cell division through mitosis. Observing that the development of technology is allowing architecture to adopt more organic forms, this conceptual study inquires what the future of the industry might look like and how built forms can gain from being designed like living organisms.

The building had a diverse set of programs such as restaurants, bars and offices that combine to create an interactive and organic atmosphere, impacting the occupants and allowing them to feel part of a structure that was "alive". That liveliness was achieved by the use of several techniques one of them being diffraction of light.
